The Ramanujan Society is an independent educational and research initiative dedicated to studying, preserving, and sharing the life, work, and mathematical legacy of Srinivasa Ramanujan.
The society aims to make Ramanujan’s story, ideas, and mathematical contributions more accessible to students, researchers, and anyone interested in mathematics. Through educational content, research-based posts, videos, and historical materials, The Ramanujan Society works to inspire a deeper interest in Ramanujan and the beauty of mathematics.
The Ramanujan Society was founded by Judsan Niyakaran, a 19-year-old mathematician, independent researcher of Srinivasa Ramanujan, and author from Sri Lanka, and living in Switzerland.
Judsan began studying Srinivasa Ramanujan independently at the age of 15. What started as a personal interest gradually became a serious research journey focused on Ramanujan’s life, mathematics, and legacy.
Through The Ramanujan Society, Judsan shares educational and research-based content about Ramanujan, mathematics, and mathematical history. His goal is to inspire young students and build a community for people who admire Ramanujan’s genius and extraordinary contributions to mathematics.
